Our way of working is influenced by a goal-oriented, process-oriented, action-oriented and a solution- and resource-focused approach to development. This means, that: An important part of the work process is clarification of a desired future/desired result because this becomes directive and guiding for the development work. - In the work process we follow the best resources and the best energy on the way towards the goal. On this way "disturbances" have priority, or expressed in another way, the way is the goal. Mostly this way does not lead directly to the goal, but it is still the quickest. | We aim at creating an active situation for the working person. Our scope is to increase the individuals' possibilities to act by means of linguistic or methodical impulses that may lead to next steps. Activity is here to be understood broadly, since verbal and physical action only constitutes few kinds of action out of many possible. - Our way of working is based on of a conviction that: - that, which is, has value, and it is needed - otherwise it would not appear. - there is a next meaningful step for every human being, no matter which situation she is in. We draw your attention to the existence of such solutions, but do not give any, since it is not for us to give solutions, but for the individual to discover them. |
