Crossing the threshold is Evolve's new work theme

Life brings more development-conditioned turning points and thereby crisis or occasions to search for answers, to get confirmed, to reconcile or celebrate. It is times, where it is meaningful to withdraw in solitude to let go of the old, to confirm the present, and/or to invite new into ones life.

Maybe you grapple with questions such as:

"Who am I?", "Where do I stand?"; "Where am I heading?"; "What is my contract/life assignment?"; "In what do I believe?"; "What does it mean to be man/woman/to become an adult?"; "Who am I apart from my profession?"; "To whom am I answerable in the end?"

It could also be one of the many other questions that concerns childhood, puberty, adult life, midlife, retirement, or old age. Sometimes it can be difficult to get access to the answers. Sometimes you just get stuck - and don't get any further.

Evolve's passages, The Leadership Passage and Your Personal Passage, offer you a "room" completely isolated from the entanglement of everyday life, where you get an opportunity to let the answers that you search for come to you in a different manner.

The Passages are clearly structured, ritual "spaces", similar to those which human beings through the times have sought in phases of crisis or passage or at festive occasions in order to obtain clarity, power, and clarification to the benefit of themselves or the society, which they were a part of.

The passages give the participants the opportunity for a fundamental acknowledgement of their current life situation, for identifying with their previous history, for meeting their doubts, fears, and open questions.

Thereby the ground can be prepared for reorientation, for new perspectives, for personal and/or leadership growth, and more importantly for taking new steps in life.
