The connecting thread which runs through our courses and many of the themes we are working with is inspired by the Danish Philosopher Soeren Kierkegaard and his thoughts about "stepping into character" as a human being. To step into character means to become more and more of that, which you are, where you are. Sometimes we forget who we are due to outer conditions and circumstances. To find back to oneself can be a lifelong process. Under Leadership with Character and Living with Character this connecting thread is reflected.

Leadership with Character is aimed at the business sector to which we offer assistance within Open Space, leadership development, teambuilding / project start up. Apart from this we also offer systemic leadership coaching. Living with Character is aimed at private individuals. To this target group we offer nature-coaching and courses giving the opportunity to gain greater self-insight and for taking personal development steps.
