Evolve means to develop, to unfold. Evolve stands for the gradual change to a higher state, to a more complex form or a more unique state. It is a development, which happens over time and under influence of external as well as internal forces.

It is this kind of development that we would like to support, and for which we would like to offer our assistance in regard to creating rooms and frames that make it possible to obtain a greater degree of self-insight and a greater unfolding as a person and as a leader.

Evolve has existed since 2004, where the company slowly began to take shape and find an identity. Our core competency is systemic process creation, and within this area we work with themes such as biography, team building, resources (personal, leadership), project management/project start-up, development of personal or leadership perspectives for the future, and themes dealing with the leadership frame of reference.

Characteristic for our offers are the systemic approach, the action-orientation, and the frequent involvement of nature as room for learning and in learning aims.

Apart from the recent course offers, we offer to customise solutions to companies. Until now our customers come from Spain, England, and Denmark.
